Our Story
Roxane Williams - Owner & Operator

We’re a family-owned New Orleans shuttle company founded in 2021.
After years of serving in hospitality and school transportation—and earning my Louisiana School Bus Instructor certification—we felt called by God to create something of our own. With prayer, determination, and faith, Shining Star Transportation was born to deliver safe, dependable, and family-centered service that families could truly trust.
In 2023, we purchased our first shuttle—affectionately called “Babie”—and began proudly serving schools, families, and visitors across the Greater New Orleans area. What started as one small step of faith has grown into a business built on excellence, integrity, and love for our community.

Roxane & Daymone Williams
Roxane & Daymone Williams are the husband-and-wife team behind Shining Star Transportation.
Together they bring over two decades of combined experience in hospitality, school transportation, and professional driving.
Their 14-passenger shuttle — lovingly called “Babie” — became the foundation of faith-driven business built on professionalism, safety, and care. Known for their warmth, punctuality, and genuine hospitality, the Williamses treat every passenger like family.
Their mission is simple: to provide every rider with comfort, confidence, and an uplifting experience from pickup to drop-off.
